The undersigned, participating pilots in the training sessions on the above-mentioned date at the Glosso circuit, hereby declare that they waive for themselves or for their claimants their rights to recovery of all damage of any nature that they may have incurred during these training sessions. This applies to the owners and/or operators of the Glosso circuit, the organizers of any activity on the circuit, the other participants or users, the appointees or persons of the associations involved. The undersigned explains the regulations of Racing Team Glosso vzw. to have read.
